Purpose of the
Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of recruitment competitions for a large public sector client and other public bodies against service level targets and customer service standards.
Call handling and provision of inbound telephony service Provide response to applicant queries via email and telephone in accordance with relevant policies and procedures; Professionally liaise and communicate with client and customers by telephone and email; Enter, update and maintain information on the recruitment database; Excellent customer service experience Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Accurate data entry skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Other: Role based in Northern Ireland due to client requirements.
