Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of recruitment competitions for a large public sector client and other public bodies against service level targets and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call handling and provision of inbound telephony service
- Provide response to applicant queries via email and telephone in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
- Professionally liaise and communicate with client and customers by telephone and email
- Provide full administrative support for client (at multiple sites across Northern Ireland) in the provision of interviews and assessment centres for candidates
- Enter, update and maintain information on the recruitment database; and issue relevant correspondence to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
- Support the candidate on-boarding process through the processing of ID, qualification and security checks and the preparation and issuing of job offers
- Support the administration of recruitment campaigns through the preparation and management of relevant documentation at each stage
- Provide input and feedback to management relating to all resourcing matters
- Ensure administrative work is carried out in a timely and effective way to meet SLAs
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services
- Support line manager in their role as point of contact with client and customer
Other tasks may be assigned to the role over time based on business need and following consultation with the postholder.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Essential: Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Other: Role based in Northern Ireland due to client requirements. Role will require job holder to successfully undertake security vetting up to Counter Terrorist Check level.
