Overall Purpose of the Role
We offer payroll as a service from hire through to retire. Your role will be to work collectively as part of a wider team of payroll professionals, supporting the ongoing delivery of our clients' weekly and monthly payrolls, by inputting payroll data and updating payroll records, working to weekly and monthly deadlines. Your attention to accuracy and detail, whilst carrying out your role, will work towards ensuring all employees on our payrolls are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- To gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of contractual policies and statutory payment regulations, ensuring adherence to both.
- To utilise your excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- To create/update and maintain employee payroll records, in accordance with inbound client instruction.
- Call handling on a rota basis.
- To address employee payroll queries via both email and telephone.
- Other tasks may be assigned to the role over time based on business need within reason and following consultation with the post holder.

Vetting
This role will require you to undertake security vetting to CTC level, and as such all candidates must have been resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland for a minimum period of 3 years at point of application.
