Global Law firm - Hybrid 3 and 2 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned Global Law firm as a Success Factors specialist.
This opportunity is an additional headcount to grow the team, which currently consists of a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in our London office.
They implemented SAP Success Factors last summer, and this role will play a key part in supporting, embedding, and optimising the system.
The modules currently in scope are Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance A minimum of one years hands-on experience; The ability to independently manage system administration tasks; Strong experience in Employee Central; Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports.
There will be an early focus on reporting, making this a particularly strong opportunity for someone keen to deepen their expertise in data, reporting, and insights.
The role also offers broader exposure to system configuration, workflow improvements, and project support.
