Requirements
- SAP Success Factors experience.
- Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience.
- Ability to independently manage system administration tasks.
- Strong experience in Employee Central.
- Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports.

- Support, embed, and optimise our newly implemented SAP Success Factors system.
- Focus on reporting in the early stages of the role.
- Work across system configuration, workflow improvements, and project support.

We are a renowned global law firm offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
This is an additional headcount as we grow our People Systems team, which currently includes a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst based in our London office.
We implemented SAP Success Factors last summer, and this role will play a key part in helping us embed and optimise the platform while also providing strong exposure to reporting, data, and insights.
