This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned Global Law firm for a SuccessFactors specialist. This opportunity is an additional headcount to grow the team, which currently consists of a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in our London office. They implemented SAP SuccessFactors last summer, and this role will play a key part in supporting, embedding, and optimising the system.
The modules currently in scope are Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance.
- The ability to independently manage system administration tasks.
- Strong experience in Employee Central.
- Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports.
There will be an early focus on reporting, making this a particularly strong opportunity for someone keen to deepen their expertise in data, reporting, and insights. The role also offers broader exposure to system configuration, workflow improvements, and project support.
