We are looking to secure a talented senior OO PHP Developer who thrives without the safety net of frameworks.

The role
Design and develop robust, scalable applications using native Object-Oriented PHP
Architect and optimise complex MySQL databases for high-traffic environments.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code without relying on heavy external frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Experience required
Extensive commercial experience with both PHP 7 and PHP 8.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Proven ability to build features from scratch without framework reliance (e.g., Laravel or Symfony).
Excellent MySQL skills, including complex queries, indexing, and schema optimisation.
A mindset focused on performance, security, and writing native, efficient code.
