Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and standard processes
- Manage capacity, labour, and workflow efficiency
- Own peak planning and risk mitigation
Stock Control & Audit
- Maintain >99% inventory accuracy
- Ensure 100% completion of cycle counts and audits
- Eliminate root causes of stock discrepancies
- Control stock loss and write-offs
Performance Management
- Set clear KPIs and expectations across all teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions
- Address underperformance and enforce accountability
Customer Service Delivery
- Deliver OTIF >95%
- Ensure order accuracy >99.5%
- Align operational capability with customer commitments
Continuous Improvement
- Deliver measurable improvements in productivity and cost
