• End-to-end ownership of warehouse, inbound, distribution, and stock control

• Delivery of agreed KPIs (service, cost, inventory, safety)

• Full accountability for stock integrity and audit compliance

• Leadership and performance management of supply chain teams

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and standard processes
  • Manage capacity, labour, and workflow efficiency
  • Own peak planning and risk mitigation

Stock Control & Audit

  • Maintain >99% inventory accuracy
  • Ensure 100% completion of cycle counts and audits
  • Eliminate root causes of stock discrepancies
  • Control stock loss and write-offs

Performance Management

  • Set clear KPIs and expectations across all teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions
  • Address underperformance and enforce accountability

Customer Service Delivery

  • Deliver OTIF >95%
  • Ensure order accuracy >99.5%
  • Align operational capability with customer commitments

Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver measurable improvements in productivity and cost
  • Implement Lean/process standardisation initiatives
  • Use data and reporting to drive decisions
  • Operate within budget
  • Reduce cost per order / cost to serve
  • Improve inventory turns and working capital

Healthy, safety & Compliance

  • Maintain full HSE compliance
  • Deliver zero lost-time incidents (LTI)
  • Ensure risk assessments and controls are in place

  • Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy and usage
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reporting
  • Escalate risks and implement corrective actions
