Conekt Legal is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded Northern Ireland law firm in the appointment of a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

You will advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate clients across a variety of sectors. The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Shareholder agreements and investment transactions
  • Commercial contracts
  • Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
  • Corporate governance and company law matters
  • General commercial advisory work

Working closely with experienced partners, you will play a key role in managing transactions, building client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
  • You will ideally have 2 + years PQE and there is flexibility in terms of level
  • Experience gained within corporate and/or commercial law
  • Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Keen to develop their career within a growing and progressive firm
