The Role

Working as part of this team you will assist on a broad range of banking & finance transactions to include real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, project finance etc.

The Person

You will ideally meet the following criteria;

• Qualified Solicitor – NQ to 2 years PQE
• If NQ level you would have done a seat in banking & finance
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
