Are you a real estate finance solicitor interested in a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland's largest real estate finance teams and to be based in either their offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role would suit a solicitor ideally 2 to 5 years PQE with previous real estate finance experience.

Working as part of this talented team the senior solicitor/associate will be required to work alongside and provide support to the banking & finance team on all real estate finance transactions.
- Qualified Solicitor - Scottish Qualified - 2 to 5 years PQE
- Experience of and understanding of running real estate/real estate finance transactions including title examination and due diligence and associated legal aspects
- Experience of other aspects of a real estate finance transaction would be beneficial but not essential
- High levels of attention to detail and excellent legal drafting skills
