Are you a real estate finance solicitor interested in a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland's largest real estate finance teams and to be based in either their offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role would suit a solicitor ideally 2 to 5 years PQE with previous real estate finance experience.
The team works on and therefore you will get exposure to some of the largest and most complex and often multi-jurisdictional transactions in the Scottish market.

Our client is one of Scotland's top law firms with a very strong reputation as an employer and well known for having a friendly and collaborative culture. They have a leading real estate finance team and so can provide really high quality work, a supportive culture and an agile hybrid working policy.
The RoleWorking as part of this talented team, the senior solicitor/associate will be required to work alongside and provide support to the banking & finance team on all real estate finance transactions. You will also be required to contribute to the further growth of the team and also mentor and coach junior solicitors and trainees.
You will be!- Qualified Solicitor - Scottish Qualified - 2 to 5 years PQE
- Experience of and understanding of running real estate/real estate finance transactions including title examination and due diligence and associated legal aspects
- Experience of other aspects of a real estate finance transaction would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- High levels of attention to detail and excellent legal drafting skills
