Senior Associate/Associate – Real Estate – UK National Law Firm – Glasgow (Hybrid) Are you a real estate solicitor (associate or senior associate) looking to advance your career in a thriving UK National law firm in their well established and highly regarded real estate practice in Glasgow. We are currently recruiting two roles at associate (1 to 3 years PQE) and senior associate (4 + years PQE) and are keen to hear from you! Our Client Our client is a prestigeous national law firm widely recognised for their commitment to delivering top tier legal services to blue-chip multi-national and FTSE clients across the UK. They have a collaborative and supportive culture and pride themselves on their innovative approach and use of legal technology and strength of their client relationships. Their Glasgow office has been growing and they have recently made some key strategic hires into the real estate practice which illustrates the commitment to future growth of this team. Our client are keen to further grow the team and recruit an associate and senior associate to provide high quality legal advice and work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions for a diverse range of clients to include property developers, investors and corporate clients. You will be! Qualified Solicitor – Scotland/England & Wales- with 1 + years PQE for the associate level role and 4 + years PQE for the senior associate role Demonstrable experience of working on real estate transactions Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills Experience of drafting a broad range of commercial property contracts and documents Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
