Employment Solicitor – Associate – 2 to 5 years PQE – Global Law Firm – Glasgow (Hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a top 50 global law firm where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world\’s leading multi-national companies across retail, FMCG, transport to include some exciting household brands.

This role would suit an experienced employment solicitor ideally 2 to 5 years PQE with previous experience working for a commercial law firm where you will have demonstrated previous experience of advisory and corporate support work.

The Role

The role will involve a broad range of employment work to include advisory work on a broad range of employment matters, corporate support and employment litigation. Day to day this will include;

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Advising on day to day employment law matters for clients
• Advise and lead on employment tribunal matters with clients
• Work on large scale corporate support projects
• Get involved in business development initiatives within the firm

You will be!

• Qualified Solicitor – Scotland/England & Wales
• 2 to 5 years PQE but there is scope either side for the right candidate
• PQE must include strong employment experience ideally working with respondent clients in a commercial law firm
• Must have previous experience of advisory and corporate support work
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong legal drafting skills with high levels of attention to detail
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with a cohesive team
