The practice forms part of a global employment and labour group of 400+ lawyers advising multinational businesses on coordinated cross-border employment solutions. The UK team operates as one practice of 40+ specialists across employment, pensions and immigration, and is growing rapidly.
- Advise major UK and multinational employers on HR advisory matters, workforce restructures, investigations, senior exits, outsourcing and DEI projects.
- Provide employment support on corporate and M&A transactions.
- Contribute to multi-jurisdiction projects with colleagues across the international network.
- Contribute to thought leadership and external profile-building.
Extensive employment law knowledge, with substantial experience advising large organisations with over 5+ years PQE.
- Advanced drafting and legal research skills.
- Proven capability to work autonomously essential for remote or hybrid delivery.
- Strong academic record.
- Effective business development capability and commercial awareness.
- Self-directed approach to career development.
- Commitment to a high-performance culture and excellent client service.
