The Role
You will advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate clients across a variety of sectors. The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and investment transactions
- Commercial contracts
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Corporate governance and company law matters
- General commercial advisory work
Working closely with experienced partners, you will play a key role in managing transactions, building client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
- You will ideally have 2 + years PQE and there is flexibility in terms of level
- Experience gained within corporate and/or commercial law
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Keen to develop their career within a growing and progressive firm
