Legal Director – Real Estate - Belfast (Hybrid Working)

The Role
As Legal Director, you will:

- Support the Real Estate Partner with team growth and continuous improvement
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping them develop and succeed
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients while contributing to further growth
About you
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with significant experience in a leading Real Estate team
- Confident managing files independently and delivering excellent technical work
- Experienced in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Strong on commercial landlord and tenant matters, particularly for corporate occupiers
- Known for being personable, confident and commercially minded
- A natural collaborator who builds trusted relationships internally and externally
- Experienced in leading, supervising and mentoring others
- Self-motivated, performance-driven and committed to delivering high-quality advice
