This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join one of Scotland's leading law firms and to work in one of the largest real estate teams in Scotland. You will get the opportunity to get involved in some of the largest property deals in the Scottish market. With ambitious growth plans and a clear vision to be the best in its field, this is a role for someone who wants to develop, take ownership and progress in a collaborative and people-focused environment.
The Role
- You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development work and real estate finance, managing transactions from start to finish while building strong relationships across the team.
The Candidate
- 3+ years’ PQE with solid commercial property experience
- Confident, collaborative and client-focused
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage matters independently
- Interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
