Are you an experienced clinical negligence solicitor interested in a new challenge? Our client is open to recruiting at either associate or senior associate level. This role would be fully remote (England/Wales).

Our Client

Our client is a leading commercial law firm widely recognised as being a top tier full service commercial law firm. They have a Tier 1 clinical negligence practice that provides support and advice to a range of healthcare professionals. They work on very high profile and high value defence clinical negligence and medical malpractice matters, and as such, working for this firm you will get exposure to high quality work and the autonomy to manage your own caseload with a good level of support.

The Role

Working as part of this talented team, you will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters. This involves working closely with clients to advise around pre and post litigation matters, including complaint handling, serious incident investigations and managing risk.

You will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor - 2+ years PQE
  • Previous experience of working within a leading clinical negligence practice where you will have got exposure to a broad range of matters
  • It would be ideal if you have some previous experience of defence litigation matters
  • Strong client management skills and able to foster strong client relationships
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload
  • Strong levels of attention to detail and legal drafting skills
  • Collaborative approach and able to work effectively as part of a team
