Conekt Legal is currently partnering with our client, to recruit an associate or senior associate into their well established real estate practice. This firm has one of the largest and most established real estate practices in Northern Ireland, consistently advising on some of the most significant commercial property transactions in the region. The Role
You will play a key role in advising a diverse and high-profile client base on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. The work is high quality, varied and often market-leading, offering genuine scope for professional development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and development projects
- Acting for investors, developers, funders and corporate occupiers
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements for lease and related documentation
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and asset management work
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm on complex, multi-disciplinary transactions
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (Senior Associate level)
The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland (or qualified in another UK jurisdiction with relevant experience)
- Associate or Senior Associate level with solid experience in commercial real estate
- Strong technical ability with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performing environment
