A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality matters within a supportive and well-established practice.
The team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, acting on behalf of clients across a range of sectors. You will gain exposure to complex and high-value work while developing your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:- Work with a leading and well-respected firm in Northern Ireland
- Exposure to high-quality, complex personal injury matters
- Supportive team environment with strong mentoring and development
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing practice
- Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
- Advising clients on a range of claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, and public liability
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation
- Engaging with insurers, medical experts, and counsel
- Negotiating settlements and, where required, assisting with court proceedings
- Delivering clear, practical advice while maintaining strong client relationships
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to qualify)
- Ideally 5 years’ PQE, however candidates from NQ up to 6 years’ PQE will be considered
- Experience in personal injury litigation (defence or plaintiff) preferred
- Strong technical ability with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
