What You'll Be Doing
- Advising corporate clients on their UK property portfolios and occupational requirements
- Supporting investment acquisitions and disposals across a variety of asset classes
- Assisting institutional investor clients with asset management projects
- Handling due diligence and transaction management work
- Working alongside banking teams on real estate finance matters
- Supporting corporate transactions with real estate elements, including domestic and cross-border M&A activity
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members and support staff
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and jurisdictions
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Approximately 3-4 years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Experience gained within a recognised commercial, national or international law firm
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property transactions
- Experience of managing transactions and dealing directly with clients
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for team working
- Ambition to continue developing your technical expertise and client management skills
