About the company
Our client is a growing technology business that develops specialist software and services.
About the role

You will lead on the business’s most complex and high-value commercial matters and help shape how the legal function supports the business as it grows.
The role is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis. For the right candidate, fully remote working from elsewhere in the UK will also be considered.
The role suits someone with strong technology sector experience, gained either in-house or in private practice, and a solid understanding of software and IT solutions, including bids, licensing, procurement, frameworks, renewals, and sales and supply.
