We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to help drive Condukt’s next phase of growth by owning and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals across financial services. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle, from early discovery and solution design through negotiation and close, working with high-growth fintechs. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, helping them navigate complex compliance challenges while unlocking growth with Condukt’s real‑time identity and AI‑powered platform.

As an early‑stage, fast‑growing company, we value people who take ownership, move with urgency, and are excited to help build both a category‑defining product and a repeatable enterprise sales motion. You’ll work closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win. If you thrive in consultative enterprise sales, enjoy solving hard problems with customers, and want meaningful influence over strategy and execution, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new strategic customers, from first conversation through contract negotiation and close.
  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deal processes (6+ months), navigating procurement, legal, security, and compliance reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk & Compliance, Product, Operations, and C‑suite, positioning Condukt as a long‑term strategic partner.
  • Run discovery‑led, consultative sales processes that deeply understand customer workflows, regulatory constraints, and success metrics.
  • Craft and deliver executive‑level and technical presentations, tailoring value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Partner closely across teams to ensure smooth handoffs, successful implementations, and expansion readiness post‑close.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities, providing structured feedback from the field.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales playbooks, pricing frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Represent Condukt at industry events, conferences, and customer forums, acting as a trusted voice within the fintech ecosystem.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience closing complex enterprise SaaS deals with financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated enterprises.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota in long, consultative sales cycles (6+ months) with multi‑six‑ and seven‑figure ACVs.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence multiple decision‑makers and economic buyers.
  • Deep commercial acumen paired with strong product intuition, being able to sell value, not just features.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, equally comfortable with executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical, structured approach to sales, with comfort working with data, ROI models, and business cases.
  • Self‑starter mentality with resilience and adaptability in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Bonus:

  • Experience selling compliance, risk, identity, fraud, or data infrastructure solutions.
  • Background in fintech, banking, payments, or lending ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in early‑stage or high‑growth startups.
  • Prior experience as a Founding Account Executive in a seed‑stage startup.
  • Familiarity with API‑first platforms or technical sales motions.
  • Experience working closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams on expansion strategies.

Our offer:

  • Tackle meaningful problems with real‑world impact.
  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Join us onsite in our offices in London.
  • Flat hierarchy with direct access to the founders.
  • Top‑of‑the‑line equipment.
  • Private health insurance, plus sick and compassionate leave as needed.
