We’re looking for our first Agent Deployment Strategist to help financial institutions operationalise agentic AI across critical compliance and business verification workflows. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role at the intersection of AI deployment, commercial strategy, and enterprise transformation. You will work directly with our CEO and partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape how leading banks, payment companies, and fintechs adopt AI-powered compliance infrastructure.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping clients identify high-impact use cases, redesign workflows around AI agents, and unlock measurable operational value. This role is ideal for someone who combines structured problem-solving with a strong commercial instinct and thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. You should be equally comfortable discussing strategic priorities with executives, mapping operational workflows with compliance teams, and collaborating with technical stakeholders on implementation.
If you want to help define how financial institutions deploy agentic AI safely and at scale, we’d love to speak with you.
- Lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery and solution design through rollout and adoption
- Become a trusted advisor to customer teams by deeply understanding their workflows, regulatory context, operational pain points, and strategic priorities
- Identify high-impact opportunities where agentic AI can improve compliance operations, reduce manual effort, and accelerate decision-making
- Run strategic discussions and workshops with compliance, operations, risk, and executive stakeholders
- Drive customer outcomes and long-term account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering measurable value
- Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and implementation best practices as one of the earliest members of this function
2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within top-tier strategy consulting (ex-MBB), investment banking, fintech, or solutions engineering.
Direct experience working with financial services clients, particularly within banking, payments, lending, or operations.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to confidently lead conversations, influence decisions, and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
Bonus:
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B software, AI/data-driven company, fintech, or at a financial institution
- Basic coding familiarity and hands-on familiarity with agentic AI, or LLM-based products
- Second language proficiency (German, French, and Dutch, especially valued)
Competitive salary. Private health insurance, plus sick and compassionate leave as needed.
