The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will live in the patch, drive new business, generate demand, and manage customer relationships across the North of England (M62 corridor, Yorkshire, central northern counties to the Midlands). You will grow our customer base, nurture existing accounts, and hit sales targets while promoting our diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business through demand generation and specification platforms (generic/NBS)
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Convert quotations into orders
- Plan field visits for maximum productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote new products
- Represent CCN at industry events and exhibitions
- Deliver professional presentations to showcase our offer
- Support new starter training when required

- Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in demand generation)
