Here at Conduent we have an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Business MI Analyst at our offices based in Leeds. As a Business MI Analyst, you'll be at the heart of analysing and reporting management information to drive business decisions.
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday normal office hours
Site: Office-based in Leeds, LS11 5BD
Salary: £28,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data regarding key performance metrics for various target audiences
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to management to mitigate risk and drive business decisions.
- Develop and adapt MI according to requirements.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for MI, data, or analysis.
- Understand business processes and underlying data to add value and practical insights to MI.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Seek opportunities to improve business performance or drive business benefit through data analysis.
- Able to develop effective data collection plans
- Support systems or process change to help maintain data integrity and identify reporting opportunities.
- Build positive relationships and collaborate with a variety of roles at all levels.
- Able to present data to all levels within the organisation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced MS Excel user and proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) as well as MS DevOps
- Experience in the use of SQL and the writing of queries
- Possess an analytical mindset and approach
- Able to extract exacting requirements from stakeholders for full comprehension using effective listening skills and effective in asking open questions to elicit information
- Previous experience working with large and complex datasets
- Possess effective time management skills and able to prioritise workloads
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies especially Agile
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies
- Previous experience of service centre operations is beneficial
- PowerBI experience (Desired but not essential)
