We’re Conducttr — the world\’s leading crisis exercise platform used by global corporations, governments, defence organisations and humanitarian agencies.
We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist who’s great at explaining things, curious about how software works, and wants to grow into product marketing, user experience, scenario design, sales or training . You’ll help new users onboard, create content that makes the platform easier to understand, and turn real feedback into real improvements.
What you\’ll do
- Run onboarding sessions and guided walk-throughs (Zoom)
- Write help docs, FAQs, and user-friendly guides
- Create short videos or visuals to explain key workflows
- Respond to a few support queries each day (low volume, high quality)
- Share feedback with our product and training teams
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Relations and Head of Product Development
About the shift: 6am–2pm
- We have international clients and so the early shift is to cover their time zones better
- You\’ll organise within the team who is covering each week
- You’ll cover early client hours and have clear, focused work time
- On the early shift your afternoons are free!

- You’ve created help docs, training materials, or onboarding content before
- You speak another language in addition to English
- You like RPGs, immersive theatre or some other participatory storytelling format
Important
You must be able to work in the UK without a VISA now and in the future.
It will be a benefit if you\’re a British citizen so that you\’d be eligible for UK security clearance but this isn\’t a requirement.
