The Type of Person Who Will Succeed Here:
You are delivery-focused, practical and calm under pressure. You can move comfortably between high-level programme management and detailed delivery coordination. You enjoy being close to delivery. You’re someone who likes being on-site, building relationships with teams and solving problems collaboratively in fast-moving environments. You are also comfortable operating internationally, balancing teams, suppliers and stakeholders across UK and US time zones while maintaining momentum and clarity across projects. Most importantly, you care about delivering exceptional guest experiences through exceptional project execution.
