Help deliver the next generation of immersive entertainment across the US. From large-scale Gamevolt rollouts to complex technical installations, this role is for someone who thrives in live delivery environments, leading teams on-site, solving problems in real time and bringing ambitious experiences to life.
About us: CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead rollout delivery of Gamevolt products across multiple concurrent US locations
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, reporting and delivery milestones
- Coordinate internal teams across design, production, technical, operations and installation
- Manage external clients, suppliers, contractors, fabricators and specialist vendors
- Oversee installation planning, logistics and site coordination
- Drive consistency and quality across multi-site deployments
- Support design development and delivery coordination through manufacture and installation stages
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and operationally ready
- Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and standards
- Contribute to wider immersive entertainment, fit-out and technical delivery projects as required
- Travel regularly to project sites across the US during survey, installation, commissioning and handover phases
- Build strong working relationships with site teams, operators, suppliers and installation partners across multiple regions
- Lead project delivery across UK and US-based teams, suppliers and stakeholders operating across multiple time zones
- Manage communication and decision-making effectively within an international delivery structure
- Proven experience managing physical project delivery in one or more of the following industries: Immersive entertainment, Experiential attractions, Themed attractions, Construction / fit-out, Technical production, Design & build, Scenic / fabrication, AV integration, Live environments
- Strong experience leading & coordinating projects during manufacture, installation and delivery phases
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and parallel workstreams
- Ability to work confidently within ambiguity and evolving project environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable travelling as required, including site visits and installations
- Strong self-management and communication skills within distributed/global teams
- Happy to travel frequently, particularly throughout the US, as part of hands-on project delivery
- Experience leading multi-site rollout programmes
- Experience delivering projects aligned to RIBA Stages 4 & 5
- Understanding of technical design coordination, fabrication and installation sequencing
- Exposure to immersive attractions, family entertainment centres or location-based entertainment
- Experience working with international clients, suppliers and installations
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management capability
- Comfortable working across international teams and managing projects across multiple time zones

You understand how physical projects come together in the real world - where design intent, manufacturing constraints, installation logistics and operational realities all intersect. You enjoy being close to delivery. You’re someone who likes being on-site, building relationships with teams and solving problems collaboratively in fast-moving environments. You are also comfortable operating internationally, balancing teams, suppliers and stakeholders across UK and US time zones while maintaining momentum and clarity across projects. Most importantly, you care about delivering exceptional guest experiences through exceptional project execution.

- Significant US travel should be expected as part of the role
- Flexibility around working hours will occasionally be required to support collaboration across UK and US teams
