We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Marketing & Social Graduate to support the launch and growth of Gameface, a new competitive social experience opening in Manchester, with some crossover support for CONDUCTR, our creative innovation studio powered by technology. This is an 8‑week contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person. We’re open to part‑time or full‑time candidates – ideal if you’re finishing studies or balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing content on‑site for social media (video‑first)
- Supporting day‑to‑day social channel management
- Helping grow Gameface’s online presence and community
- Assisting with creator outreach and management
- Supporting influencer, creator and PR events
- Helping coordinate content around launches, activations and partnerships
- General support across marketing activity where needed
You should be:
- A recent graduate or early‑career marketer
- Confident capturing content on a phone (Reels, TikTok‑style content)
- Social‑first mindset with a good eye for what performs
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling tasks
- Comfortable being on‑site and around live environments
- Interested in nightlife, entertainment, culture or experiences
- Curious, switched‑on and keen to learn
You don’t need years of experience – we care more about attitude and energy.
