We’re on the lookout for a detail-obsessed, deadline-driven Bids & Proposals Assistant to help turn big ideas into polished, submission-ready bids for world-class immersive projects. CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Help draft and format proposal documents, pulling together content from creative, technical and commercial teams.
- Assist with proposal budgets and timelines, helping to organise cost information and documentation.
- Maintain bid documentation, templates, rate cards and internal cost databases.
- Support contract and compliance checks by organising documents for senior review.
- Help refine templates and improve internal proposal processes over time.
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, with confidence handling large, structured documents and spreadsheets.
- A sharp commercial mindset with confidence working with numbers and basic calculations.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a perfectionist approach to formatting, accuracy and quality.
- Experience in bids, proposals, administration, project coordination or other roles involving structured documentation and coordination.
