The vision is simple – fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision
- Own the creative vision for projects across cinematic, real-time, and interactive media
- Translate high-level ideas into compelling visual storytelling and design directions
- Set the creative tone and ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle
- Inspire Creative Excellence
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a multidisciplinary team including artists, animators, editors, and designers
- Create a culture of curiosity, bold thinking, and high creative standards
- Provide feedback and creative direction that strengthens both the output and the people behind it
- Project first thinking
- Collaborate closely with producers, engineers, and software developers to ensure creative and technical alignment
- Promote the use of emerging tools and workflows, including real-time rendering and virtual production
- Deliver Beautifully
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through to delivery, maintaining quality and clarity of intent
- Support resource planning, production pipelines, and client relationships
You should have
- At least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role across media, animation, VFX, or real-time production
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality visual content
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates cinematic storytelling, interactive design, and creative leadership
- Proficiency with real-time engines (Unity preferred), creative toolsets (Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, After Effects), and production pipelines
- Clear, confident communication and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- A passion for innovative visual storytelling at the intersection of art and technology
