We’re on the search for a Creative Media Lead to own the creative of our projects. Not just contributing ideas, but taking responsibility for how they are shaped, challenged and brought to life. You’ll work across multiple live projects, taking high-level direction and turning it into something real. Something the team can pick up, believe in and build. That means bringing clarity where things are messy, making decisions when things are uncertain, and pushing the work until it lands properly. You’ll be the person people naturally look to for direction. Someone who brings confidence to the room, earns trust quickly, and keeps the creative moving forward without losing what made it exciting in the first place.
About us
CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Creative - Take responsibility for the creative direction and output of your projects. Hold onto the core idea and make sure it carries through into the final work. Challenge and improve ideas, including those from senior leadership, using clear reasoning and references. Make decisions that strengthen the work, not just move it forward.
- Bring Clarity to the Team - Take high-level direction and turn it into something practical and actionable. Give the team enough structure and guidance to do their best work without second-guessing. Be visible and available so people aren’t left guessing or stuck. Become the go-to person for creative direction on your projects.
- Keep the Work on Track - Stay close enough to the work to make sure it doesn’t drift or lose its intent. Spot when something isn’t working and step in early to fix it. Balance ambition with what’s achievable, without diluting the idea. Review work regularly and give clear, direct feedback.
- Raise the Bar - Care about the quality of the work and push for it consistently. Bring references, ideas and thinking that elevate the output. Help build a culture where people take ownership and want to do great work.
You should have:
- Experience working on projects in themed entertainment, immersive media, experiential or similar fields.
- Strong creative judgement and a clear sense of what makes work land well.
- Experience taking ownership of projects or large parts of projects.
- Ability to make decisions and stand by them.
- Confidence to challenge ideas constructively, including those from senior team members.
- Clear approach to bringing clarity to messy or undefined situations.
- Strong communicator who can guide, support and get the best out of others.
A good fit for this role is someone who:
- Enjoys taking ownership and being accountable for the outcome.
- Brings energy and belief into a project, not just direction.
- Is comfortable working in the grey and figuring things out.
- Wants to make work that people actually remember.
