Location
Candidates must be based in London - this is a remote role outside of traveling for work.
Role Overview
Conductor is looking for an Agency Alliances Manager who speaks the language of both the closer and the partner. Unlike a traditional AE, you won't just be hunting brand-direct; you will be the primary engine driving revenue through our strategic agency ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a hunter background, having carried and crushed a direct sales quota in the past, but has evolved into a strategic architect who can build sourced business engines within the world's leading digital agencies. You will be responsible for ensuring that when an agency pitches AEO or SEO services, Conductor is the single source of truth baked into their pitch deck.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Own and exceed a Sourced & Influenced revenue quota. You are responsible for the full lifecycle of agency-led opportunities.
- Direct Sales Pedigree: Leverage your previous experience as a Direct AE to co-sell alongside agency partners, helping them navigate procurement and close complex enterprise deals.
- Pipeline Architecture: Identify, recruit, and enable high-performing agency partners (Global HoldCos and Elite Independents) to create a self-sustaining lead referral engine.
- Sourced Business Management: Master the three way close. Manage the delicate balance between the Client, the Agency Partner, and Conductor's internal sales team to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Evangelism & Training: Conduct high-impact learning sessions, AI literacy workshops, and platform certifications to keep Conductor top-of-mind for agency account directors.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Act as the voice of the partner for our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our AEO roadmap aligns with agency service models.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of dedicated Alliances/Partnership experience in SaaS, preceded by at least 5 years of carrying a direct, individual contributor sales quota.
- You must be able to demonstrate a history of managing sourced business, specifically how you moved a partner from 'Intro' to 'Closed-Won.'
- Deep familiarity with the Agency landscape (SEO, Content, Digital Transformation units).
- As an AI Leading company, you must demonstrate how you use AI to automate partner research, personalise outreach, or analyse agency portfolios.
- Experience using CRM data to track partner attribution and applying rigorous sales methodologies to partner-led deals.
- This role requires 50-60% travel.
