Conduct is creating the AI operating system for Enterprise IT, focusing on the ongoing operation, maintenance, and evolution of mission-critical enterprise systems. Inside the world’s largest organisations, analysts and engineers spend significant resources piecing together how bespoke systems work, firefighting incidents, dissecting business processes, and assembling change requests. Conduct changes this fundamentally by understanding enterprise applications from the ground up, enabling automation of system analysis, issue resolution, and accelerating ERP transformations.

As one of Conduct's first Account Executive (AE) hires, you will help shape how we sell as a company. You will be the driving force behind winning new business and expanding our footprint with some of the world’s largest enterprises. Specifically, you will:

  • Build pipeline: Proactively generate opportunities through relentless outreach, networking, and leveraging founder networks.
  • Run high-stakes conversations: Drive first meetings with the CEO and carry the opportunity forward through follow-ups and multi-stakeholder discussions.
  • Navigate complexity: Work with founders and Deployment Strategists on technical deep dives and pilot setup.
  • Convert pilots into deals: Prepare and lead Steering Committees, articulate value clearly, and take command of procurement and commercial negotiations.
  • Grow accounts post-sale: Ensure adoption, spot expansion opportunities, and turn accounts into multi-year partnerships.
  • Build the playbook: Design and refine our sales processes.
  • Future team building: Opportunity to build out a sales team around you.
  • Feedback loop: Channel customer insights back into our product and GTM strategy.

We are looking for proven top performers who thrive in competitive environments. You likely have:

  • A track record of building your own book of business and closing enterprise deals.
  • 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience is a strong plus.
  • 2+ years of AE experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally with complex/technical products.
  • Consistently ranked in the top tier of performance.
  • Experience selling to CIOs, COOs, procurement, and technical leaders in large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
  • Curiosity, hustle, grit, and a self-starter mindset.
  • The ambition to help build GTM from scratch and grow into a leadership role.
