Conduct is building the AI operating system for Enterprise IT, focusing on the ongoing operation, maintenance, and evolution of mission‑critical enterprise systems. We aim to transform how enterprises manage their systems, reducing the manual effort that costs millions annually and constraining innovation.

As one of Conduct’s first Deployment Strategists, you will be responsible for driving usage, delivering flawless implementations, and turning pilots into scaled deployments at some of the world’s largest enterprises. This role is high‑impact and customer‑facing, requiring a track record of proven impact and the ambition to grow every day.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own adoption: Turn users into engaged, productive, and vocal champions of Conduct.
  • Run technical implementations: Work with engineers to set up and configure the Conduct platform at customer sites.
  • Drive bottom‑up usage: Deliver platform onboardings, trainings, and bootcamps that ensure Conduct becomes integral to operations.
  • Expand usage: Identify new problems inside accounts, shape them into use cases, and implement solutions.
  • Speak two languages: Translate between IT and business, explaining ERP to executives and business outcomes to engineers.
  • Shape the product: Provide feedback to the product team based on user experiences.
  • Build the playbook: Define operational standards for scaling this function.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise software, startups, consulting, or systems integration.
  • A strong academic or professional track record demonstrating analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
