What We Do
Conduct is reinventing how enterprises run their legacy software, solving a multi‑billion‑dollar problem that sits at the core of global business and manufacturing. While the world’s largest enterprises still rely on decades‑old systems, we bring them back to the technological frontier.
Our AI platform turns weeks of manual system analysis into instant insights, turning customization chaos into clarity. We help industry leaders such as Daimler Truck (over $40 bn revenue) and Rittal (over $3 bn revenue) cut millions in IT costs, accelerate ERP project timelines by months, and unlock revenue faster with smarter systems.
We’re beginning with SAP, but that’s only the start. At Conduct, we are pioneering a new era of Enterprise System Intelligence and are on a mission to transform the entire enterprise stack.
Role Responsibilities
As one of Conduct’s first Deployment Strategists, you will be on the frontlines of building how we deliver and scale our product. This isn’t a support role; it’s a high‑impact, customer‑facing, product‑shaping position.
You will be responsible for driving usage, delivering flawless implementations, and turning pilots into scaled deployments at some of the world’s largest enterprises.
You will:
- Own adoption: Turn users into engaged, productive, and vocal champions of Conduct. If people aren’t using it daily, something’s gone wrong.
- Run technical implementations: Work with engineers to set up and configure the Conduct platform at customer sites, making it work no matter what.
- Drive bottom‑up usage: Deliver platform onboardings, trainings, and bootcamps that don’t just tick a box; they make Conduct stick.
- Expand usage: Hunt for new problems inside accounts, shape them into use cases, and make them real.
- Speak two languages: Translate between IT and business. Explain ERP to executives and business outcomes to engineers without missing a beat.
- Shape the product: You are the feedback loop. You see firsthand what users want, and you bring that back to the product team with clarity and conviction.
- Build the playbook: As one of the first, your operating model will define how Conduct scales this function.
When not on the road, you will be in person with the team in our Fitzrovia, London office by default.
