Conduct’s first dedicated analyst relations hire. You’ll build the function from the ground up and shape how the world’s most influential technology analysts, and the CIOs and boards who rely on them, see Conduct.
WHY CONDUCT
We believe the world’s largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the decade-old systems they run on. Today they don’t. Every process change and every new product line runs into SAP systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human mind can fully comprehend. New requirements take months to ship, system migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain. We’re building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we’ve closed game-changing SI partnerships, and just raised a $60M Series A. We’re a small, talent-dense team doing our life’s work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world’s largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Every great enterprise software company has a moment when analysts stop treating it as a vendor to watch and start treating it as the one that defines the category. We’re building toward that moment, and we want you to lead us there. This is a rare chance to build an analyst relations function from the ground up. There’s no legacy playbook and no inherited programme. You decide what world-class looks like and build it with the full backing of the founders. You’ll have a seat at the table on narrative, product and go-to-market from day one, and your work will show up directly in the deals we win and the category we help define.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the AR programme from scratch: strategy, firm and analyst priorities, and the roadmap for how Conduct earns its place in the research that shapes enterprise buying.
- Own our relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and the specialist firms covering enterprise AI, automation and the SAP ecosystem.
- Run the briefing and inquiry engine, and make our founders and executives great analyst spokespeople.
- Get Conduct recognised in the research open to emerging vendors, like Hype Cycles, Cool Vendors and Market Guides, and chart the route to Magic Quadrants, Waves and MarketScapes.
- Tie AR to the moments that matter, from launches to Gartner conferences and SAP Sapphire, and build a customer proof programme analysts trust.
- Bring the market back inside, feeding analyst and competitive insight into positioning, product marketing and sales, and prove the impact on pipeline and shortlists.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in analyst relations at an enterprise software or technology company, ideally owning relationships with Gartner and other top-tier firms.
- Someone who wants to build a programme rather than inherit one, with a strong point of view on what great AR looks like.
- Deep knowledge of how analyst firms work and how their research influences enterprise buying decisions.
- The ability to make a complex technical product clear and compelling to analysts, and to coach founders and executives to do the same.
- Credibility with senior leaders. You’re comfortable telling a founder what they need to hear.
- A builder’s instincts. You see a gap and fill it, you ship quickly, and you stay hands-on regardless of seniority.
- Genuine conviction about the problem Conduct solves. Experience in enterprise AI, automation, process intelligence or the SAP ecosystem is a strong plus.
- An appetite for being in the office every day, close to the team and the work.
We’re based in London and New York and sponsor visas from everywhere. We’re convinced diverse teams build better products and especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out!
