Conduct is reinventing how enterprises run their legacy software, solving a multi-billion-dollar problem at the core of global business and manufacturing. Our AI platform transforms weeks of manual system analysis into instant insights, turning customization chaos into clarity. We help industry leaders such as Daimler Truck and Rittal cut millions in IT costs, accelerate ERP project timelines by months, and unlock revenue faster with smarter systems.
As one of Conduct's first SDRs, you will be the engine of our growth. You won’t just book demos; you will open doors at some of the world’s largest manufacturers and enterprises, and shape how Conduct builds pipeline. We see this position as a launchpad and want you to develop fast and grow into Account Executive or leadership roles with us. Even if you haven’t worked as an SDR before: if you bring relevant experience or entrepreneurial drive, we’d love to hear from you.
You will:
- Build pipeline at scale: Relentlessly prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities with the world’s largest enterprises.
- Engage in outbound activities: Run cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and event plays that open doors at CIO, CTO, and VP level.
- Be a hunter: Run creative, personalized outbound campaigns that cut through noise and earn attention.
- Refine strategies continuously: Track KPIs, measure conversion rates, and iterate to make outbound more effective every week.
- Master the art of discovery: Understand the prospect’s pain, frame it in their language, and position Conduct as the obvious solution.
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives: Turn qualified leads into pilots, and pilots into enterprise deployments.
We are looking for someone hungry, ambitious, and proven. You likely have:
- 1+ years of SDR experience at a high-growth startup, preferably with enterprise sales exposure.
- A track record of securing new business meetings and building significant pipeline.
- Self-motivation and ownership: You thrive in a high-volume, high-intensity outbound environment.
- Extreme drive and hunger: Rejection fuels you, not stops you.
- The ability to craft compelling outreach that gets replies from senior executives.
- A structured, analytical mindset: You test, measure, and optimize your outbound strategy.
- Strong time management: You are able to prioritize accounts and keep multiple outbound plays running in parallel.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (German a plus).
When not on the road, you will be in person with the team in our Fitzrovia, London office by default.
What "Great" Looks Like:
- You are consistently #1 on the leaderboard — your pipeline fuels the sales team.
- You put Conduct on the radar of the world’s biggest enterprises.
- Your outreach is targeted to the right personas and impossible to ignore.
- AEs fight to work with you because your opportunities convert into revenue.
- You become known as hungry, relentless, and always learning.
Compensation:
- Top-of-market base salary + uncapped commission.
- Significant equity — you’re not just an employee, you’re an owner.
- Full benefits package, including broad health benefits, daily breakfast and dinner at the office, monthly wellness payments.

- You’re looking for "just another SDR role."
- You’re satisfied hitting quota — we expect great, always.
- You prefer inbound leads to building pipeline from scratch.
- You want a slow career path — we expect this role to grow into AE or leadership quickly.
