Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a role where you can take full ownership of high-impact construction and development projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with a diverse pipeline of work, including redevelopments, new builds, and mixed-use schemes. You will work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to every aspect of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Leading 1-2 major construction, new build, or refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
  • Coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Delivering projects on time, in scope, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Developing detailed project scopes, objectives, feasibility plans, and technical documentation.
  • Overseeing resource availability, allocation, and day-to-day progress of all works.
  • Using verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, timing, and costs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project performance, escalating risks or issues when needed.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to support ongoing expansion and development plans.

Qualifications

  • RICS qualified (preferred).
  • Strong experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and building project management.
  • Knowledge of new build steel portal frame structures.
  • Proven track record of leading projects “cradle to grave.”
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and budgeting skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
