Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technical work and customer service? We’re on the lookout for x2 Water Softener Technicians to join our client, a leading eco-friendly manufacturing company who have vacancies in Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. Please note, due to the nature of this role, a driving license and willingness to travel is required.
What you'll be doing:
- Install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge water treatment systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision
- Deliver top-notch customer service while working independently on customer sites
- Travel to various client locations, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards
What we’re looking for?
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant experience or qualifications in plumbing, electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus
- Experience within the water softener industry/water softener diagnostics skills would be useful but is not required as full training would be given
