Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a role where you can take full ownership of high-impact construction and development projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with a diverse pipeline of work, including redevelopments, new builds, and mixed-use schemes. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to every aspect of the development lifecycle. If you enjoy leading projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring exceptional delivery standards, this role offers both challenge and long-term career potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading 1–2 major construction, new build, or refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless project execution.
- Delivering projects on time, in scope, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project scopes, objectives, feasibility plans, and technical documentation.
- Overseeing resource availability, allocation, and day-to-day progress of all works.
- Using verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, timing, and costs.
- Monitoring and reporting on project performance, escalating risks or issues when needed.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support ongoing expansion and development plans.
What we’re looking for:
- RICS qualified (preferred).
- Strong experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and building project management.
- Knowledge of new build steel portal frame structures.
- Proven track record of leading projects “cradle to grave.”
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Strong organisational, analytical, and budgeting skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
