An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Asset Manager to join our client, a growing real estate investment organisation. This is a broad, high-exposure role offering the opportunity to work across asset management, investment analysis, leasing, and value-add execution within a dynamic international portfolio spanning the UK and Europe.
You'll gain hands-on exposure across the full asset lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business plan execution, leasing activity, financial analysis, and development projects across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes.
What you'll be doing:
- Active asset management of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio
- Executing asset business plans to drive income growth and value creation
- Leasing activity including rent reviews, renewals, re-gears and lettings
- Financial modelling, cashflow forecasting and investment analysis
- Supporting valuation processes and strategic hold/sell analysis
- Monitoring operating performance, capex and portfolio KPIs
- Supporting development, refurbishment and repositioning initiatives
- Preparing investment papers, reporting and board presentations
- Liaising with agents, consultants, operators and external stakeholders across Europe
What we're looking for:
- Experience within asset management, investment, valuation, landlord & tenant, or commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of UK commercial leasing and asset management principles
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- MRICS qualification (or RICS) preferred
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate within a lean, fast-paced environment
