Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for operational excellence and workplace culture? We’re looking for an experienced Site Operations Lead on behalf of our client, a leading, global manufacturing organisation who will be responsible for ensuring the site runs smoothly, safely, and sustainably. This role will be offered on a part time, temporary basis - 2 days per week for a 9 to 10 month fixed term contract and will be based at my client’s site in West Sussex.
