What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, acting for major financial services clients and delivering pragmatic, results-driven solutions:
  • Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery litigation matters
  • Advising clients on strategy, risk, and recovery options
  • Driving cases forward through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement
  • Delivering commercial, efficient outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with financial institution clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Strong background in litigation and debt recovery
  • Experience managing high-volume caseloads
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience mentoring or supervising others is highly desirable
