What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, acting for major financial services clients and delivering pragmatic, results-driven solutions:
- Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery litigation matters
- Advising clients on strategy, risk, and recovery options
- Driving cases forward through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement
- Delivering commercial, efficient outcomes
- Building strong relationships with financial institution clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in litigation and debt recovery
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads
- Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising others is highly desirable
