What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, acting for major financial services clients and delivering pragmatic, results-driven solutions.
  • Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery litigation matters.
  • Advising clients on strategy, risk, and recovery options.
  • Driving cases forward through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement.
  • Delivering commercial, efficient outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with financial institution clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE.
  • Strong background in litigation and debt recovery.
  • Experience managing high-volume caseloads.
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset.
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience mentoring or supervising others is highly desirable.
