We’re thrilled to be supporting our client in looking for a Service Product Manager to help drive the success of their global service portfolio within the semiconductor industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their product management career while making a tangible commercial impact. This is a hybrid (2-3 days a week) role out of their site in West Sussex.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Global Product Manager to shape and deliver service strategies, improve product performance, and support the launch of new service offerings. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our client's services remain competitive, customer-focused, and commercially successful across global markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting the development and execution of service product strategies
- Analysing performance data to drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to pricing and commercial decisions
- Gathering market and customer insights to inform improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and operations
- Supporting new product introductions and service upgrades
- Experience in product or service management (industrial or technical sectors preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A commercial mindset, with an interest in pricing and value
- Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
