Our innovative and fast-growing client is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Solicitor with motor claims experience to join their brand-new law firm. What you'll be doing:
- Managing an independent litigation caseload from instruction to resolution
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal documents
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Ensuring files and processes meet strict regulatory and risk standards
- Contributing to the development and growth of a modern legal practice
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a current practising certificate
- Strong litigation experience across small, fast and intermediate tracks
- Motor claims litigation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines confidently
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
