Our client, a highly respected regional law firm with a long-standing presence in the South Yorkshire market, is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (1-4 years PQE) to join their growing, award-winning team.

What you ll be doing:

Advise a broad range of business clients, including SMEs, entrepreneurs and regional corporates.

Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.

Support due diligence processes and contribute to transaction management.

Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver integrated advice.

Build strong long-term relationships with clients through clear, pragmatic and commercially minded guidance.
